We understand things come up however please note all guests must cancel requested appointments 48 hours prior to your appointment. 

Failure to do so will result in a Cancellation/Reschedule Fee of 50% of service. Same day cancellation will be considered a no call/no show and full payment of requested services will be due or charged to card on file before any future services will be rendered.

Please note without paying any fees occurred will result in failure to receive accepted appointments in the future.

We have a 10 minute grace period, after 10 minutes you considered late. 

 Please note your appointment will be subject to cancellation of entire appointment or adjustment to requested services** AND late fee.
