Policies

A non-refundable deposit of $35 is required for all new guests and guests that have not been seen over 1 year. 

Please note if deposit is not paid within 24 hours on the sent invoice. The requested appointment will be denied/ cancelled.

We understand things come up however please note all guests must cancel requested appointments 48 hours prior to your appointment. 

Failure to do so will result in a Cancellation Fee of $35 or 50% of service whichever is greater. Same day cancellation will be considered a no call/no show and full payment of requested services will be due or charged to card on file.

Please note without paying any fees occurred will request in failure to receive accepted appointments in the future.

We have a 10 minute grace period, after 10 minutes you considered late. 

 Please note your appointment will be subject to cancellation of entire appointment or adjustment to requested services** AND late fee of $25.
