Where is the salon located?

Esther Brea Salon is a suite located inside of Salons at 4719. It is a white house with multiple suites housing multiple businesses inside.

How do I request an appointment?

All appointments are requested online. Simply click the "Request Appointment" button on the Home page or click here.

How far in advance can I schedule an appointment?

Appointments can be requested up to 45 days in advance.

The site says you're all booked.

If the date and/or time you desire is full, you can add yourself to the Wait List.

If there is a cancellation, during the date the date time selected your request for an appointment maybe approved.

Please note this does not guarantee appointment on the requested day and time.

Can I schedule a color service at my first appointment?

Yes and No.

Yes, for base - gray coverage color ONLY.

No, for any other color services. You must request a Color Consultation under Consultations on the scheduling site or click here.

At the end of your color consultation your stylist will schedule the appropriate color service to achieve your desired look.

Do you accept walkins?

No.

We are an appointment only salon. Request an appointment here.

Can I receive a relaxer in the salon?

No.

We are a relaxer free salon. However we do provide options for those that are transitioning or like to wear their hair majority straight.

My appointment was denied. Why?

If your appointment was denied here a few possible reasons why :

You request an appointment with Add- On services only. Doing this causes your appointment to be denied. You will be email the reason for denial and advised to request another appointment.

You are a new guest or a there has been 12 months since your last visit requesting services under returning guest.
